Current Opening: The Real Central Appraisal District, located in Leakey, Texas is accepting resumes, for the position of Chief Appraiser. Salary is contingent upon qualifications and experience. Applicants are asked to disclose salary expectations and earliest availability date with their resume. A health insurance and retirement package are provided, with employment.

Requirements:
The qualifications listed below for Chief Appraiser are preferred. Applicants must have a Registered Professional Appraiser (RPA) and another acceptable designation and a Registered Tax Assessor (RTA) designation from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Other desired qualifications include a college education, minimum of 5 year prior Chief Appraiser experience with tax collections and management experience.
